中小型高铁客站建设思考与实践

Thoughts and Practice on the Construction of Small and Medium-sized High Speed Railway Stations

铁路客站建设普遍受到社会各界和参建各方的高度关注。但建设实践中,参建各方不同程度地存在"重大型枢纽客站建设、轻中小型客站建设"的倾向,建设过程存在诸多问题,影响客站建设品质。系统分析中小型客站在设计源头、建设管理、施工实施等方面存在的问题与不足,进行建设管理创新和施工技术创新,实现动态优化设计、提前介入管理、提升客站服务功能、建设一体化信息机房、提高设备用房品质、践行客站节能降耗等创新应用,并在新建连镇高铁扬州东站精品客站建设实践中,取得了良好效果。同时,总结提出坚持以旅客为中心,设计同源、监管同时、施工同步的中小型客站建设思路,为同类型客站建设提供借鉴。

Passenger station construction receives widespread and high attention of all sectors of society and construction contractors.However,in the construction,nearly all contractors involved in the construction have the tendency of"focusing on the construction of large passenger terminals,overlooking the importance of the construction of small and medium-sized passenger stations",and there are many problems during construction,which may affect the construction quality of passenger stations.The problems and deficiencies in the design source,construction management and construction implementation of small and medium-sized passenger stations were systematically analyzed,the construction management and construction technology were innovated to realize innovative applications such as dynamic optimization design,early intervention in management,service function improvement of passenger stations,construction of integrated IT-based machine room,quality improvement of equipment room,and energy conservation and consumption reduction of passenger stations,and good effects were achieved in the construction practice of excellent passenger station at Yangzhoudong Station of Lianyungang-Zhenjiang High Speed Railway.At the same time,this paper summarizes and puts forward the construction thoughts for small and medium-sized passenger stations,which are passenger-centered,homologous in design,simultaneous in supervision and synchronous in construction,and provide a reference for the construction of similar passenger stations.
