打造京津冀地区铁路精品客站的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking on the Construction of Exemplary Passenger Stations in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

分析近2年京津冀地区重点铁路客站的特点与难点,以及铁路客站建设在工程管理、设计、实施等方面易出现的问题。积极贯彻落实"畅通融合、绿色温馨、经济艺术、智能便捷"铁路客站新理念,以及"精心、精细、精致、精品"的工作要求,结合京津冀地区客站建设的具体实践,提出打造新时代铁路精品客站的对策措施,取得良好工程应用效果。同时,对精品客站建设提出相关思考,为铁路客站建设提供参考。

This paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of key railway passenger stations in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region in recent 2 years,as well as the common issues in the engineering management,design and implementation of railway passenger station construction.Through actively implementing the new concept of building up"well-connected,fully-integrated,environment-friendly,passenger-oriented,economic-efficient,culturally-rich,intelligent and convenient"stations and the work requirements of"meticulosity,refinement,exquisiteness and excellence",and in combination with the specific practice of passenger station construction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,solutions were put forward for constructing exemplary passenger stations in the new era,and good engineering application effects have been achieved.At the same time,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the construction of exemplary passenger stations,which provide reference for the construction of railway passenger stations.
