摘要
本研究旨在提高甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)环氧基丙烯酸消光粉末涂料的耐冲击、抗划伤性能,改善涂膜外观,解决了因不同体系相分离导致的"起花"、"亮点"缺陷,并将这一粉末涂料成功应用在不锈钢防盗门上,解决了粉末涂料在不锈钢底材上的附着力不良问题。
The purpose of this paper is to improve the impact resistance,scratch resistance and film appearance of the glycidyl methylacrylate(GMA)epoxy acrylic matting powder coatings.Meanwhile,the film defects such as floating and flashing due to phase separation are solved.The powder coatings are used successfully in stainless steel security door wherein the adhesion of film on the stainless steel substrate is improved.
