摘要
小李庄客站作为郑州枢纽“四主”客运站之一,主要承担枢纽普速客车作业并兼顾部分动车作业。小李庄站为京广铁路既有中间站,位于郑州市中心城区,车站接轨专用线、焊轨基地及其他6条专用线,周边市政道路密布,并受徐兰高铁及南水北调干渠等重大控制因素影响,新建客站涉及枢纽客货运系统、机辆动车设施布局调整,建设条件复杂。结合枢纽总图规划批复,对郑州枢纽现状及薄弱环节进行分析,科学预测郑州枢纽及小李庄客站的运量,合理确定小李庄车站枢纽客运分工与规模。在此基础上,考虑京广铁路等既有铁路设施、城市规划、市政道路、南水北调渠等控制因素,提出维持既有线方案和货线东绕方案,高速普速合场和分场方案。从对既有线的影响、运营管理、城市规划、工程建设难度、车站作业、工程投资等多方面对方案进行比选后,推荐运营管理高效、有利于城市发展的京广货线东绕高速普速合场方案。
As one of the“four main”passenger stations of Zhengzhou Hub,Xiaolizhuang Passenger Station mainly undertakes the operation of common trains and parts of high-speed trains.Xiaolizhuang station is an existing intermediate station of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway,which located in central Zhengzhou.The station is connected to the military special line,rail welding base and other 6 special lines.The surrounding municipal roads are dense and the station is influenced by major control factors,such as Xuzhou-Lanzhou High-speed railway and South-to-North water diversion channel.The new station involves the layout adjustment of the hub passenger-freight system and facilities of machine-vehicle bullet train.Therefore,the construction conditions are complicated.This paper analyzed the current situation and weaknesses of Zhengzhou hub based on the approval of the general plan of the hub,scientific forecast the capacity of Zhengzhou Station and determined the division of passenger transportation and the scale of Xiaolizhuang Passenger Station.On the basis,considering the existing Beijing-Guangzhou Railway facilities,urban planning,municipal roads,the South-to-North water diversion canal and other control factors,the existing line immobile scheme,east freight line scheme,high-speed and universal-speed convergence scheme and separation scheme were put forward.After comparing and selecting the schemes from various aspects,such as the influence on existing lines,operation management,urban planning,difficulty of engineering construction,station operation and project investment,the scheme of the Beijing-Guangzhou Line east round high-speed common speed closing was recommended,which was efficient on operation management and conducive to urban development.
