基于曲线特性的既有铁路整正研究

摘要 为了解决列车长期运营、维护调整所产生的轨道实际位置偏离原有设计线等问题,根据实测数据对既有线路进行分析,拟合生成与实际位置偏差小、符合轨道曲线几何特性的模拟设计数据,以实现既有线路整正。研究思路:基于实测数据和铁路曲线基本特性,先采用最小二乘法拟合计算直线参数、曲线段的圆曲线半径,再根据曲率计算获取缓和曲线参数,并最终生成符合轨道几何特性的模拟设计线形。为适应工程要求,设计了轨道平顺性分段调整的方案,并在某普速铁路平顺性调整工程中进行应用,最终调整后,TQI合格率达到100%,符合线路养护维修作业验收要求。 In order to solve the problem that the track position deviates from the original design line caused by long-term operation,maintenance and adjustment of trains.This paper analyzes the measured data of the existing railway line,and generate simulation design data with small deviation from the current position and in line with the geometric characteristics of the track curve according to the measured data,and finally realize the adjustment of the existing line.Research ideas:firstly,the least square method is used to calculate the straight line parameters and the radius of the circular curve of the curve section based on the measured data and the basic characteristics of the railway curve;then the transition curve parameters are obtained according to the curvature calculation;and finally generate a simulated design line that conforms to the geometric characteristics of the track.In order to meet the requirements of the project,this paper designs the scheme of track smoothness adjustment by sections and applies it in a general speed railway smoothness adjustment project.Finally,after adjustment,the qualified rate of TQI reached 100%,meeting the acceptance requirements of line maintenance.
