从考古发现看早期吐鲁番盆地居民饮食

A glimpse of the diet of early residents in Turfan Basin from archaeological findings

吐鲁番盆地因其得天独厚的自然环境,保存下来了大量古代居民生活信息。特别是西周至两汉之交,吐鲁番盆地墓葬和遗址中出土的食物或者粮食作物遗存给我们证实了,极端干旱环境下的吐鲁番古代居民先掌握了种植和食用的粮食作物是黍,而小麦尽管被发现在当地种植,但尚未发现被如何食用。

Depending on the special environments in Turfan Basin,a great number of information about the ancient people’s lives are conserved underground.Especially,the evidences of the remains of food or grains unearthed from the buries and sites from the Xizhou Dynasty to the turning of Western Han and Eastern Han period,can support the hypothesis that the millet is what the ancient local people cultivated and fed on for the first time,even as it is so which can’t tell us how people make use of it.
