摘要
盾构机作为高机械化隧道施工机械已广泛应用于城市地铁、综合管廊以及大直径公路隧道工程。盾尾密封作为盾构机的三大密封系统,用来抵抗同步注浆及地下水压力,一旦盾尾密封失效,轻则造成同步注浆泄漏至盾尾、注浆量不足,重则造成盾尾涌水涌砂、地表沉陷。本文介绍了盾尾密封原理、盾尾密封形式,分析了盾尾密封影响因素,并基于既有的盾构机传感器参数数据提出了一种盾尾密封状态评价体系,以实现对施工中盾尾密封情况的监测和预警。
As a high mechanized tunnel construction machine,shield machine has been widely used in urban subway,comprehensive corridor and large diameter highway tunnel engineering.As the three main sealing systems of shield machine,the shield tail seal is used to resist synchronous grouting and groundwater pressure.Once the shield tail seal fails,it will cause leakage of synchronous grouting to the shield tail,insufficient grouting volume,or water gushing from the shield tail,sand gushing and surface subsidence.This paper introduced the principle and form of shield tail seal,analysed the influencing factors of shield tail seal,and put forward an evaluation system of shield tail seal state based on the existing parameters of shield tunneling to realize the monitoring and early warning of shiela tail sealing state of shield machine during construction.
