Pharmacological Analysis of Injection of ISO-A-NA Triad

强心三联针(简称三联针)包括异丙肾上腺素(ISO),肾上腺素(A)和去甲肾上腺素(NA)三种药物,是临床心跳骤停时较为常用的急救药品.

The injection of ISO-A-NA in combination is often used for cardiac arrest clinically.In this study,the isolated rabbit atria and the isolated perfused guinea-pig hearts were used to compare the chronotropic and the inotropic effects of this combination with that of any one of the three drugs used lone.The results show that in the isolated rabbit atria the increased maximal value of positive chronotropic effect of this combination is somewhat larger than that of A or NA,but somewhat smaller than that of ISO.In the guinea-pig’s perfused hearts,this combination is no more potent that of any single drug used alone.This results have been discussed with the occupation theory of receptors and from the viewpoint of drug auto-&hetero-antagonism.Our conclusion is that the effectiveness of this combination is no superior to ISO used alone.
