摘要
1955年Smithies首次采用淀粉凝胶电泳发现人血清结合珠蛋白(Haptoglobin简称Hp)可以分为Hp1-1,Hp2-2,Hp2-1三种表现型,并认为不同的表现型是由遗传基因决定的。常染色体上具有2个不完全显性的等位基因Hp1和Hp2,Hp1-1与Hp2-2型为纯合子,而Hp2-1型则为杂合子。
The phenotypes of serum baptoglobin of 200 normal individuals,living in Tianjin and the counties nearby were identified with an improved electrophoretic method,using 4~22%concentration gradient polyaerylamide gel,by which a higher resolution could be obtained as compared with the standard 7.5%PAG method.As calculated from our data,the gene frequency of Hpl is 0.2803,which is compatible to that reported in some coastal areas in China.
