脑血管网状细胞瘤

Hemangioreticuloma of the Brain

脑血管网状细胞瘤为良性血管性肿瘤,如能及时诊断并彻底切除预后良好。兹将我科1952~1982年经手术治疗和病理证实的58例,结合文献分析讨论如下:临床资料一、性别、年龄:男40例,女18例,男女比例为2.2∶1。年龄最小9岁,最大56岁。

Fifty eight cases of hemangioreticuloma of the brain are presented. The tumor was situated infratentorially in 50 cases and supratentorially in 8. It was cystic in 47 cases and solid in 11. Clinical manifestations pathology, CT findings, and operative treatment of this tumor are discussed. Lindau’s disease and polycythemia are the characteristics of this tumor, although they present only in some of the cases. All the patients underwent surgical treatment. Forty four patients were cured, 10 improved, and only 4(6.9%) died postoperatively.
