疮疡外用含汞制剂引起汞吸收的临床观察

Clinical Survey of Mercury Assimilation Caused by External Application of Mercuride in the Treatment of Sores

“去腐生肌法”是祖国医学治疗体表溃疡的一项有效经验。用于去腐生肌的药物很多,其中以汞制剂使用最多最广。

The mercury content of urine of 51 cases with sores treated by external application of mercurides was determined. Among them, the lowest amount of mercury content was 8.75μg/1, the highest was 1678μg/1 and the median was 133.6μg/1. Moreover, the urinary excretion of mercury increases along with the amount of the mercuride applied and the duration of applications. Therefore, caution should be paid in its use asit may cause mercury assimilation and poisoning, although, it is effective in the treatment of external sore.
