摘要
基于新文科建设理念,天津师范大学教育学专业建构并持续实践着卓越人才培养的4C模式。具体表现在:着力开展课程思政及跨学科课程建设,强化学生思想政治素养和跨学科素养的培育;建构富有特色的专业选修模块,为卓越人才自主、个性化发展的方向选择起到了奠基作用;建设高水平教学科研平台,强化学生实践能力的培养;建立一体化的、拔尖的创新型人才培养机制,着力学生创新能力的培养。这一模式在高水平人才培养、学生专业认同、综合能力提升等方面取得了显著成效。
Based on the concept of new liberal arts,Tianjin Normal University’s pedagogy major has constructed and continued to practice the 4C model of high-level talent training,which is focusing on curriculum politics and interdisciplinary curriculum construction to strengthen students’ ideological and political literacy and interdisciplinary literacy cultivation;constructing characteristic professional elective modules to lay the foundation for the personalized development of excellent talents;building a high-level teaching and research platform to strengthen the cultivation of students’ practical ability;and establishing an integrated top-notch innovative talent training mechanism to focus on the cultivation of students’ innovative ability. This model has achieved remarkable results such as cultivating the high-quality talents,promoting the students’ professional recognition and enhancing comprehensive abilities.
