摘要
以推动教育优质均衡发展为导向,“双减”背景下的城乡学校联盟具有塑造生态化教育共识、拓展特色化教学资源、凝聚多元化治理主体等文化治理需求。结合“双减”政策的具体内容,城乡学校联盟的文化治理取向具有一定优势:发展性的治理方式可推动联盟教育生态构建;引导性的治理内容可深化教学资源文化内涵;协调性的治理主体可优化跨校合作联动形式。基于此,城乡学校联盟应完善文化治理内容设计,强化生态教育观念认识;突出文化治理载体功能,保障联盟资源精准供给;丰富文化治理参与路径,搭建多方协作共育平台。
Guided by promoting high-quality and balanced development of education,the urban and rural school alliance under the background of“Double Reduction”has the cultural governance needs of shaping ecological education consensus,expanding characteristic education resources,and gathering diversified governance subjects.With the content of“Double Reduction”policy,the cultural governance of alliances has advantages as follows:developing governance methods can benefit the ecological environment of education;instructive governance content can profound the cultural connotation of educational resources;concordant governance subjects can optimize the means of school cooperation.Based on this,alliances should perfect the cultural governance content and strengthen ecological educational concept;highlight the carrier function of cultural governance;and enrich the ways of cultural governance engagement.
