京沪苏浙“十三五”期间学校德育发展状况比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 "十三五"期间,京沪苏浙等地坚持育人为本、立德为先的教育导向,结合党的十八大以来系列决议及重要讲话精神,根据区域战略定位,主动适应新形势、新要求,一方面通过制定教育改革和发展规划指导学校德育工作实务的开展,另一方面根据国家和地方政策的发展变化不断对学校德育工作规划作出相应调整和跟进。对这些地区"十三五"期间学校德育工作的开展状况进行分析,能为各地改进学校德育工作、制定学校德育"十四五"规划提供参考。 During the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period,Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang adhered to the educational orientation of taking people first and leading by virtue,combined with the series of resolutions and the spirit of important speeches since the Eigh-teenth National Congress,and actively adapted to the new situation and Claim.On the one hand,these regions guide the development of school moral education through the develop-ment of education reform and development plans,and on the other hand,they constantly make adjustments and follow up on school moral education plans according to the develop-ment of national and local policies.An analysis of the development of school moral education during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period in these areas will help to provide a reference for im-proving school moral education work and formulating the school’s 14 th Five-Year Plan.
