教育现代化语境下高校创新人才培养的困局与破解

Problems and Breakthroughs in the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Colleges and Universities in the Context of Educational Modernization

教育现代化语境下的高校建设关键看创新人才培养,只有激发人才的创造才能,才能走向真正意义的高等教育现代化。然而,目前高校在培养创新人才方面存在着大学教育局限于知识传授、治理过度行政化、学术评价非科学化等难题。其根源在于:对创新教育理念认识的误区导致大学教育教学局限于知识传授,官本位意识致使大学管理过度行政化,重结果轻过程的量化评价导致评价非科学化。教育现代化语境下高校创新人才的突破应该超越知识本身,着眼于人才的创造力培养;摒弃非科学化评价,着眼于人才的可持续发展;完善大学治理,着眼于构建创新人才激励制度。

In the context of educational modernization,the key task of colleges and univer-sities is the cultivation of innovative talents.Only by stimulating the creation of talents,high-er education can move towards the real significance of modernization.However,at present,there are some problems in the cultivation of innovative talents in Colleges and universities,such as university education limited to knowledge and so on.The root of the dilemma lies in that the misunderstanding of the innovative education concept leads to the limitation of uni-versity education and teaching to knowledge,the consciousness of official rank standard leads to over administration,and the quantitative evaluation of"result"rather than"process"leads to the unscientific evaluation.In the context of educational modernization,the breakthrough of innovative talents in colleges and universities should go beyond knowledge itself to focus on the cultivation of talents’creativity,abandon the unscientific evaluation to focus on the sus-tainable development of talents,and improve modern governance to focus on the construction of incentive system for innovative talents.
