中国物流业高质量发展水平测度及其收敛性研究

Measurement and Convergence Research on the High-quality Development Level of China’s Logistics Industry

文章从物流运行规模、物流供给质量、物流发展效应、物流发展代价四个维度构建物流业高质量发展水平测度指标体系,利用熵值法对2004—2017年中国物流业高质量发展水平进行测算,采用σ收敛与β收敛模型检验其收敛性。研究发现,中国物流业高质量发展水平存在较大区域差异,东部地区物流业高质量发展水平明显高于中、西部地区,西部地区物流业发展质量得到有效改善,中部地区改善效果不明显。中国物流业高质量发展水平未呈现σ收敛,除西部地区不存在绝对β收敛外,其他地区均存在明显的β收敛。

This paper constructs an index system to measure the high-quality development level of logistics industry from four dimensions of logistics operation scale,logistics supply quality,logisticsdevelopment effect and logistics development cost,and then uses entropy method to measure the high-quality development level of China’s logistics industry from 2004 to 2017.Finally,the paper tests its convergence by use ofσconvergence andβconvergence models.The research shows that there are large regional differences in the high-quality development level of China’s logistics industry,that the high-quality development level of logistics industry in the eastern region is obviously higher than that in the central and western regions,and the development quality of the logistics industry in the western region has been effectively improved,but the improvement effect is not obvious in the central region,that the high-quality development level of China’s logistics industry doesnot presentσconvergence,and that except for the western region,in other regions there exists obviousβconvergence.
