长江经济带文化产业高质量发展水平测度

Measurement on High-quality Development Level of Cultural Industries Along the Yangtze River Economic Belt

文章运用DEA-Malmquist模型考察长江经济带沿线11省份文化产业发展质量,采用加法分解并分析技术进步助推文化产业高质量发展的贡献率,通过Tobit面板计量模型考察不同技术进步指标与基础设施指标对长江经济带文化产业高质量发展的影响机制。研究结果表明:长江经济带文化产业全要素生产率地区差异、行业差异明显;技术创新能够显著促进长江经济带文化产业高质量发展,同时,存在明显行业差异;文化产业新媒介的发展和普及能够有效促进文化及文化相关产业高质量发展。

This paper employs DEA-Malmquist model to investigate the development quality of cultural industries in 11 provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and then uses the additive decomposition to analyze the contribution rate of technological progress in boosting the high-quality development of cultural industries.Finally,the paper studies the influencing mechanism of different technological progress indicators and infrastructure indicators on the high-quality development of cultural industries along the Yangtze River Economic Belt through Tobit panel econometric model.The study results show that there are obvious regional and industrial differences in total factor productivity of cultural industries along the Yangtze River Economic Belt,that technological innovation can significantly promote the high-quality development of cultural industries along the Yangtze River Economic Belt,but at the same time,there exists obvious industrial differences,and that the development and popularization of new media in cultural industries can effectively facilitate the high-quality development of cultural and culture-related industries.
