摘要 普通表面经构建微纳米级粗糙结构和低表面能修饰后,可获得超疏水表面。文中主要阐述形成表面微观粗糙结构粒子的几何形貌,包括球体、棒状、簇状、复合状以及其他形状,介绍超疏水表面的应用前景和市场价值,并指出在构筑超疏水表面微纳米粒子形态未来的研究方向,无须进行低表面能修饰即可实现超疏水状态的效果、超疏水理论的深入研究、解决表面微观结构脆弱等问题。 The superhydrophobic surface can be obtained after the ordinary surface is modified with micro-nano-scale rough structure and low surface energy.This paper mainly expounds the geometrical morphologies of the particles that form the surface micro-rough structure,including spheres,rods,clusters,composites and other shapes.The application prospects and market value of superhydrophobic surface are introduced,and the future research and development directions of micro-nanoparticle morphology are pointed out,that is,the effect of realizing superhydrophobic state without low surface energy modification,in-depth research on superhydrophobicity theory and solving problems such as fragile surface microstructure.
