摘要
为研究细纱机牵伸倍数和压力棒隔距块对成纱质量的影响,在改造后的FA506细纱机上进行试纺,分析细纱机在不同牵伸倍数下且在无压力棒、前区加压力棒、前后区同时加压力棒时纱线的情况。对所纺纱线的条干、毛羽、强力、细节、粗节等性能进行测试,得出纱线最优时的牵伸倍数和压力棒隔距块的配置情况,该研究对细纱生产有一定的参考价值。
In order to study the influence of drafting ratio and pressure bar spacing block on yarn quality on spinning frame,it was tested spinning on the modified FA506 spinning frame,the spinning yarns were studied in different drafting ratio and different ways of no pressure bar,pressure bar was applied to the front area and pressure bar was applied to both areas of front and back.The properties of the yarn were tested such as yarn evenness CVm,hairiness,strength,thin section,thick section and so on.The results of the optimal draft ratio and the pressure bar spacer show.which had a certain reference value for production of spun yarn on spinning frame.
