重载货运列车车载信号系统故障-安全技术

摘要 采用故障-安全技术是车载信号系统必须遵守的基本安全要求。对于城轨、国铁等非重载客运列车,车载信号系统均以故障后施加紧急制动或最大常用制动为安全状态;对于重载货运列车,故障后施加紧急制动或最大常用制动反而可能引发列车断钩分离甚至脱轨,存在很大的安全隐患。因此,对重载货运列车车载信号系统的安全原理进行探讨分析,结合重载货运列车运行特性和故障-安全技术提出安全建议措施,以实现重载货运列车安全可靠运行。 The application of"fail-safe"technology is the basic safety requirement for the on-board signaling system.For non-heavy-haul passenger trains such as urban rail and national railway,the on-board signaling system is configured with the safe state of emergency braking after failure or full service braking.For heavyhaul freight trains,the emergency braking after failure or full service braking may cause the train uncoupled and even derail,bringing great potential safety hazards.Therefore,this paper discusses and analyzes the safety principle of the on-board signaling system of heavy-haul freight trains,and puts forward safety suggestion measures in combination with the operation characteristics of heavy-haul freight trains and the"fail-safe"technology,so as to realize the safe and reliable operation of heavy-haul freight trains.
