氢氧化镁改性纤维素制备及对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附 被引量:2

摘要 为提高纤维素的吸附性能,采用六水氯化镁和氢氧化钠为原料,通过“浸渍-共沉淀”的方法原位生成氢氧化镁,并使其负载于纤维素上,制备出氢氧化镁改性纤维素吸附剂.对金属离子具有高亲和力的氢氧化镁可提高吸附剂的螯合性能,对所得产物(氢氧化镁改性纤维素Mg(OH)_(2)-CM)进行了FTIR、SEM、BET和XRD表征分析.通过在不同氯化镁浓度、氢氧化钠浓度、反应温度和反应时间条件下制备的吸附剂对铜离子吸附性能研究,确定了吸附剂的最佳制备条件.结果表明:纤维素改性后比表面积增至80.786 m^(2)/g.在氯化镁溶液浓度为1.0 mol/L、氢氧化钠浓度为1.25 mol/L、反应温度为40℃、反应时间为100 min时,改性纤维素吸附剂对铜离子的平衡吸附量为22.89 mg/g. Magnesium chloride hexahydrate and sodium hydroxide were used to generate magnesium hydroxide in situ by the method of"dipping and co-precipitation".It was loaded on cellulose to prepare modified cellulose as adsorbent.The use of magnesium hydroxide with high affinity for metal ions can greatly improve the chelating performance of the adsorbent.The product(loaded magnesium hydroxide cellulose Mg(OH)_(2)-CM)was characterized by FTIR,SEM,BET and XRD.The optimum preparation conditions of adsorbents are determined by analyzing magnesium chloride concentration,sodium hydroxide concentration,reaction temperature and time.The results showed that the specific surface area of the modified cellulose increased to 80.786 m^(2)/g.When magnesium chloride solution was 1.0 mol/L,the sodium hydroxide concentration was 1.25 mol/L,the temperature was 40℃,and the reaction time was 100 minutes,the equilibrium adsorption capacity of copper ions was 22.89 mg/g.
