摘要
为了解决烧结矿短缺的问题,在首钢股份1号高炉进行了高碱度球团矿冶炼工业试验。通过采取大风量高鼓风动能、疏导边沿的装料制度、适当降低炉温和炉渣二元碱度等措施,工业试验期间高炉保持了稳定顺行。试验结果表明,高炉在球团比不超过35%时,对中心气流影响较小;球团比超过35%以后,需对边沿气流进行疏导,而对中心气流的抑制需要球团比达到更高水平才有可能出现。
Facing the challenge of sinter shortage,Shougang carries out a commercial test of smelting with high alkali pellet at its No.1 BF,during which such measures are taken,like high kinetic energy blasting,controlled charging with edge gas flow directed,appropriate reduction of furnace temperature and binary alkalinity of slag,making BF running stably.The test results show that BF smelting with high alkali pellet will not greatly affect central gas flow of the furnace if the pellet rate not higher than 35%;but the edge gas flow needs to be directed if the rate is over 35%.Furthermore,the central gas flow may be suppressed only when the pellet ratio is higher further.
