武钢8号高炉高产长寿的主要经验

Experience of High Productivity and Long Campaign from WISCO’s No.8 BF

武钢8号高炉投产10年来,不仅没有一块冷却壁损坏,而且年平均产铁量达到设计指标(330万t)的108.3%,特别是2019年以来,8号高炉继续维持高产长寿的态势,各项技术经济指标再创新高。从设计、高炉操作两方面出发,概要总结8号高炉的高产长寿工作,认为优良的设计炉型、中心加焦的技术、高炉经验诊断模式、炉前均衡出铁操作技术是实现高产长寿的关键。

Over its 10 year operation since startup,WISCO’s No.8 BF boasts zero damage of its cooling stave and averagely108.3%of the designed annual output(3.3 MTY).Furthermore,it keeps on operation with high output and long campaign status,and various of its techno-economic index record high since 2019.It is believed,by summarizing the positive experience of the said furnace from the design and operation aspect,that excellent design of furnace inner profile,central coke charging technology,furnace experience-based diagnosis mode,and balanced tapping operation technology are critical for achieving high productivity and long campaign of the furnace.
