From Rivalries to Partnership——On the Relations between Russia and Türkiye

近年俄罗斯和土耳其关系发展迅速,两国在经贸、军事和外交领域展开了广泛的合作,俄土两国关系也深刻影响着东欧、中东、中亚和高加索的地区局势。本文回顾了俄罗斯和土耳其双边关系的演变历史,梳理俄土在经贸、能源和政治各领域的合作关系,分析两国在利比亚问题、克里米亚问题、纳卡问题上的分歧,并对两国关系进行展望。本文提出,俄罗斯和土耳其双边关系发展的主要动因,是两国多领域合作关系的“互补性”;受到土耳其“泛伊斯兰主义”和“泛突厥主义”政治思想的影响,俄罗斯和土耳其两国关系在一系列地区问题上面临挑战。

The relations between Russia and Türkiye develops rapidly,and the cooperation covers economic,military and diplomatic areas.Meanwhile,the relations between Russia and Türkiye significantly influence the situation in Caucasus,East Europe,Middle East and Central Asia.This paper reviews the history of bilateral ties between Russia and Türkiye,and the cooperation between the two states over energy,economy and politics.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes the divisions between Moscow and Ankara over Syria issue,Libya issue,Crimea issue and Nagorno-Kharabakh issue,and looks into the prospect of the relations between the two states.The paper concludes that the relations between Russia and Türkiye are mainly driven by the cooperation between the two countries,while could be influenced by the two states'identities.
