充气式保温毯在预防全麻高龄患者术中低体温的效果观察

Effect of inflatable insulation blanket on preventing hypothermia during operation of elderly patients under general anesthesia

目的:观察充气式保温毯在预防全麻高龄患者手术中低体温的效果。方法:选取2018年9月—2019年3月全麻下手术的高龄(≥60岁)患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,试验组100例,对照组100例。对照组给予常规保暖措施,试验组使用充气式保温毯保暖。监测两组患者在手术开始前、麻醉开始60 min时、手术结束时、离开PACU时各时间段的体温情况、低体温及寒战发生情况,以及患者满意度比较。结果:试验组患者各时间点体温均高于对照组(P<0.05),且低体温、寒战发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:充气式保温毯可以有效维持全麻高龄患者术中的体温恒定,预防术中低体温和寒战发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To observe the effect of inflatable thermal blankets on preventing hypothermia during surgery for elderly patients under general anesthesia.Methods:200 elderly patients(≥60 years old)who underwent general anesthesia from September 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,100 patients in the final test group and 100 patients in the control group.The control group was given conventional warming measures,and the test group was kept warm with inflatable insulation blankets.The body temperature,hypothermia and chills were monitored before the operation,60 minutes after the start of anesthesia,at the end of the operation,and when leaving the PACU,and patients’satisfaction the two groups was compared.Results:The body temperature of the patients in the test group was higher than that of the control group at all time points(P<0.05),and the incidence of hypothermia and chills was lower than that of the control group,and the patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inflatable insulation blanket can effectively maintain the constant body temperature of elderly patients under general anesthesia,prevent hypothermia and chills during operation,and improve patient satisfaction.
