重症监护病房护士主观幸福感的现状及其影响因素分析

Subjective well-being of nurses in intensive care unit and its influencing factors

目的:了解重症监护病房(ICU)护士主观幸福感的现状及其影响因素,为干预策略的制定提供实证基础及干预线索。方法:采用一般资料调查表及总体幸福感量表对全国10家医院的ICU护士展开调查,了解目前ICU护士的主观幸福感状况,并分析临床ICU护士主观幸福感的影响因素。结果:ICU护士主观幸福感得分(69.78±14.21)分,为中等水平,多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻、所属ICU单位、户籍等是ICU护士主观幸福感的影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICU护士的主观幸福感水平位于中等水平,受年龄、婚姻、所属ICU单位、户籍等的影响,护理管理者应引起重视。

Objective:To understand the current situation of subjective well-being of intensive care unit(ICU)nurses and its influencing factors,so as to provide empirical basis and intervention clues for the development of intervention strategies.Methods:The general data questionnaire and general well-being scale were used to investigate the subjective well-being of ICU nurses in 10 hospitals in China,the current situation of the subjective wellbeing of ICU nurses was investigated,and the influencing factors of the subjective well-being of clinical ICU nurses was analyzed.Results:The score of subjective well-being of ICU nurses was 69.78±14.21,which was of medium level.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,marriage,ICU unit and household registration were the influencing factors of subjective well-being of ICU nurses,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of subjective well-being of ICU nurses is in the middle level,which is affected by age,marriage,ICU units and household registration.Therefore,nursing managers should pay attention to it and take appropriate measures to improve the subjective well-being of ICU nurses.
