Transretromaxillary Resection of Tumors in the Parapharyngeal Space

利用颌后径路作“Y”形切口,向前外拉开下颌骨,保留面神经切除咽旁间隙肿瘤的手术方式较咽侧入路的术式费时少、损伤少、出血少。作者采用此法成功治愈二例咽旁间隙良性肿瘤患者。文中详细介绍了此手术的步骤与体会,并对咽旁间隙肿瘤的解剖、病理、症状与体征、诊治方法等问题进行了讨论。

As compared with the resection through the parapharngeal route, the operation performed through the re tromaxillary route required less time of operation, less injury, and hemorrhage The author had successfully cured 2 patients with tumors in the parapharyngeal spacd by hisown method. His operative procedures and experiences were introduced in details.The anatomy and patholngy of the parapharyngeal space tumors, their symptoms and signs, and the diagnostic and theraputie methods were also discussed.
