摘要
测试100名正常人和65例面瘫病人的眼轮匝肌和口轮匝肌电刺激强度——时间(S—D)的阈值曲线。结果显示正常组眼轮匝肌阈值低,面瘫组眼轮匝肌除神经外程度重。观察豚鼠眼轮匝肌、口轮匝肌支配神经的运动终板,发现前者的次级突触间隙面积比后者的大,面积大者是其易受损伤的组织学原因。
The author measured the threshold of intensity-time curve (S-D) in one hundred normal persons and in 65 patients with facial paralysis.The threshold of S-D of ocular orbicularis is low in the normal group.There are more patients with ocular orbic- ularis denervation and with heavy degree of denervation,The observing motor end-plates of efferent nerves of ocular and oral orbicularis in gu- inea pig,the author discovered that the motor end-plate areas in ocular nerve fibers are significantly larger than that one and thought that the high excitability in ocular nerve fib- ers is the histological cause of its vulnerability.
