Abdominal Angiography and Preoperative Embalization Therapy(Analysis of 68 cases)

应用 Seldinger 氏法行腹部血管造影68例,确诊率69.1%。文中阐述了造影方法及 X 线所见。对肝癌、肝血管瘤等的定性诊断优于其它检查,并可做栓塞和药物治疗,发挥介入性放射学作用,为提高疗效或进一步处理创造条件。

Abdominal angiography was per-formed in 68 cases using Seldinger technique.The overall diagnostic ac-curacy was 69.1%.The angiographic method and radiologic findings were described.The authors were of the opinion that abdominal angiography is superior to other modalities in the diagnosis of hepatoma and cavernous hemangioma of the liver,furthermore,it provides the possibility of interve-ntional radiology such as embolizati-on therapy and chemotherapy,thereby improving the result of treatment.
