一种新型除氧剂在细菌培养中的应用

摘要 本文使用一种新研制成功的CS速效型除氧剂、普通型除氧剂及连二亚硫酸钠法进行了对需氧菌如葡萄球菌及痢疾杆菌的几种不同浓度进行培养的生长情况对比实验,经过72小时的观察发现因CS速效型除氧剂除氧效果好,需氧菌不生长,而在有氧情况下培养15小时细菌生长茂盛。普通型除氧剂的效果远不如速效型。 Some aerobic bacteria, such as Bacillus dysenteriae and Staphylococcus, were bred up with different concentration in a series of experiments by the application of a newly prepared quick-acting type deoxygenant, general deoxygenant and sodium dithionate method respectively. Having observed the experiments for over 72 hours, we found that the effect was mavellous in case of quick-acting type deoxygenant, both aerobic bacteria didn’t grow. However, when oxygen in existence, bacteria grew up vigorously in 15 hours. The results proved that of quick-acting type is far more effective than that of the general type.
