应用数值法鉴定175株发酵型革兰氏阴性杆菌的报告

Identification of 175 Zymogenous Gram negative Bacteria Lines with Numerical Determination Method

本文介绍应用“革兰氏阴性杆菌数值鉴定法”,对本实验室保存的175株发酵型革兰氏阴性杆菌进行分类鉴定,并与常规法作对比观察。结果对25株发酵型革兰氏阴性杆菌鉴定符合率为100%,对150株志贺氏菌鉴定符合率为99.3%。实验结果说明该项技术在医学检验上是一项革新,具有特异性强、灵敏度高、简便、易行等优点。

With the numerical determination method,we classified 175 symogenous Gram-negative bacteria lines stored in our laboratory.Results showed that the rate of accuracy was 100%in 25 symogenous Gram-negative bacteria lines and 99.3%in 150 Shigella lines.This method was characterized by its high specificity and sensitivity and was easy to utilize.It is a kind of medical technological innovation.
