皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征15例报告

Muco-cutanous-lymphnode Syndrome(Kawasaki’s syndrome): A Report of 15 Cases

本文报告15例皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征,除主要症状外,11例(73%)有心脏听诊异常,主要表现心率速、心音低钝、心尖区收缩期杂音等;83%(10/12例)有心电图异常,表现为ST—T的异常,心动过速等,未见冠状T波及异常Q波。心脏断层超声检查及血浆白蛋白的动态观察有助于冠状动脉病变的早期发现。阿斯匹林治疗为主要治疗方法。最后本文提出本病管理注意事项。

This paper reported 15 cases of mucocutanous-lymphnode syndrome (Kawasaki’s syndrome). Beside the main symptoms, abnormal auscultation were found in 11 cases (73%). Rapid heart rate, low and dull heart sound, systolic murmurs at the apex, etc were evident manifestations. And 83% (10/12 eases) showed abnormal ST-T and tachicardia in ECG. Throe was no Coronry T and abnormal Q waves. Cross-sectional echocardiography and the dynamic observation of plasma albumin were helpful for the early discovery of coronary pathological changes. The asperin treatment was the main therapeutic method. The items needing attentionfor the management of this disease were raised in this paper lastly.
