综合化智能铁路施工管理系统研究

Research on Integrated and Intelligent Railway Construction Management System

为了提升铁路营业线施工管理水平,协调统一运输组织与施工组织,创新铁路施工管理手段,在阐述铁路施工管理现状的基础上,提出施工管理标准化、综合化、智能化框架。通过分析系统总体架构、软件架构和系统功能设计中综合化、一体化、智能化的特点,利用微服务架构、前后端分离、人脸识别、工作流、人工智能等新技术,基于施工综合化协同管理提供的数字化基础资源描述、流程卡控、冲突检测、命令自动生成等智能技术支撑,设计开发综合化智能铁路营业线施工管理系统。系统已于2021年12月在国家能源集团铁路板块全面上线运行,达到预期效果,提高了施工维修计划与命令编制质量,有效提升了施工管理效率,为统筹协调施工计划和决策提供了技术手段。

In order to improve the construction management level of railway business lines,unify transportation and construction organizations,and innovate railway construction management means,this paper put forward a standardized,integrated,and intelligent framework of construction management by expounding on the present situation of railway construction management.In addition,the paper analyzed the characteristics of totalization,integration,and intelligence in the overall architecture,software architecture,and system function design of the system and adopted new technologies such as microservice architecture,front-end and back-end separation,face recognition,workflow,and artificial intelligence.Supported by the digital basic resource description,process control,conflict detection,automatic command generation,and other intelligent technologies provided by integrated and collaborative construction management,the paper designed an integrated and intelligent construction management system for railway business lines.The system has been put into operation in the railway section of China Energy in December 2021 and achieved the expected results.Furthermore,it has improved the quality of the construction maintenance plan and command preparation,enhanced construction management efficiency,and provided technical means for coordinating construction plans and decision-making.
