国家能源集团铁路调度系统在新朔铁路公司的应用

Application of Railway Dispatching System of China Energy in Xinshuo Railway Company

铁路运输调度在运输生产和安全保障上发挥着至关重要的作用,而调度系统则支撑着铁路运输调度安全高效有序的运转。通过研究新一代调度系统设计与开发,在软件架构设计上采用SpringBoot分布式微服务技术,整合Nginx,Redis和RabbitMQ等中间件实现各微服务之间的调用解耦,大幅提高了开发效率,在功能设计上覆盖了既有调度系统的全部功能,并创新性地实现了综合动态运行图、一票到底和施工计划矢量化等功能。系统在新朔铁路公司率先进行了试验和推广应用,达到了“统一作业平台、高效调度指挥、生产辅助决策、信息高度共享”的预期目标,并针对新朔铁路运输生产实际情况和管理要求,研制了月度计划、夜间制票等订制化功能,取得良好的应用效果。

Railway transportation dispatching plays a vital role in transportation production and safety guarantee,and the dispatching system supports the safe,efficient,and orderly operation of railway transportation dispatching.This paper studied the design and development of the new generation dispatching system,adopted distributed SpringBoot microservice technology in designing software architecture,and integrated middleware such as Nginx,Redis,and RabbitMQ,so as to realize the call and decoupling between microservices and greatly improve the development efficiency.In addition,the paper covered all functions of the existing dispatching systems in terms of functional design and innovatively realized comprehensive dynamic running chart,one freight invoice for the whole process,and vectorization of construction plans,etc.The system has been first tested,popularized,and applied by Xinshuo Railway Company and achieved the expected goal featuring a unified operation platform,efficient dispatching command,production auxiliary decision-making,and strong information sharing.According to the actual transportation production and management requirements of Xinshuo Railway,customized functions such as monthly plans and night ticket-making have been developed,and good application results have been achieved.
