铁路编组站作业效率影响因素与对策

A Study on the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Operation Efficiency of Railway Marshalling Yard

编组站作为铁路运输组织的基本生产单位和运输环节中的主要节点,担负着大量货物列车的到发、解体、编组作业任务,对保障路网畅通和提高运输效率起着关键作用。在阐述铁路编组站主要作业流程与分类的基础上,从车流到达不均衡、编组站解编效率不高、工种间作业衔接不紧密等3个方面,分析铁路编组站作业效率影响因素,提出提升铁路编组站作业效率对策,即:应对车流到达不均衡,提高编组站解编效率,加强工种间协调衔接,不断提升编组站作业能力,打通路网运输的限制瓶颈。

As the basic working unit of railway transport organization and the main node in the transport link,marshalling yard undertakes the arrival/departure,decoupling and marshalling of the freight trains,and plays a key role in ensuring the smoothness of railway network and improving transport efficiency.On the basis of explaining the main operation processes and classifications of railway marshalling yards,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of operation efficiency of railway marshalling stations from three aspects:unbalanced arrival of train flow,inefficient decoupling of marshalling yards and inconsistent connection between different types of work.Then,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve operation efficiency,including managinh the uneven arrival of train flow,improving the efficiency of decoupling,strengthening the coordination between different types of work,improving the operation capacity,and breaking the bottleneck of transport restrictions in access network.
