郑州站旅客进站流线仿真模型构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 铁路客运站进站客流作业种类较多,流线间交叉干扰相对突出,容易影响旅客的服务感知。通过对铁路旅客进站流线仿真基础模型构建分析,结合郑州站布局,对郑州站铁路旅客进站客流仿真模型进行构建,重点针对旅客到达至购票环节、进站验票至乘车检票环节及乘车检票至站台环节进站流线进行研究。以郑州站春运为例,研究结果表明:人工购票、验证验票及检票进站流程是整个春运进站流线环节中的瓶颈,应强化人工购票向自助购票的引导,适当增加验证验票辅助服务人员,适当增加人工检票,为有效识别铁路旅客进站流线瓶颈提供研究依据。 There are many types of passenger flow operations in railway passenger stations,and the cross-interference between streamlines is relatively prominent,which easily affects the service perception of passengers.Based on the analysis of the basic simulation model of railway passenger inbound flow line and the layout of Zhengzhou Railway Station,a simulation model of passenger inbound flow of Zhengzhou Railway Station is constructed,where the emphasis is laid on the study of passenger arriving to tickets purchase,inbound ticket checking to passenger ticket checking and passenger ticket checking to platform.Taking Zhengzhou Railway Station Spring Festival Transportation as an example,the results show that manual ticket purchasing,validation and check-in process are the bottlenecks in the whole process of Spring Festival transportation.The guidance of manual ticket purchasing to self-service ticket purchasing should be strengthened,the auxiliary service personnel for validation and check-in should be increased appropriately,and the manual check-in process should be increased to provide research basis for effectively identifying the bottleneck of inbound passenger flow.
