杭州西站矩形管桁架与圆管网架连接节点研究

摘要 杭州西站为复杂钢-混凝土混合结构,钢屋盖为立体管桁架结构与网架混合结构,结构最大高度55.950 m,平面尺寸为325 m×245 m,结构体型不规则、传力复杂,采用3D3S进行钢结构设计,采用有限元软件进行节点有限元分析。介绍圆钢管内加劲板节点模型的建立,对比节点在有十字加劲板和无十字加劲板时最不利工况荷载下的受力情况。结果表明,圆钢管内加劲板节点能够较好地满足节点安全性要求和结构合理性要求,节点安全、可靠。 Hangzhou West Railway Station is a complex steel-concrete mixed structure.The steel roof is a three-dimensional pipe truss structure and grid structure.The maximum height of the structure is 55.950 m,and the plane size is 325 m×245 m.The structure is irregular and the force transmission is complex.3D3S is used for steel structure design,and ABAQUS finite element software is used for node finite element analysis.This paper introduces the establishment of the model of circular steel tube internal stiffened plate joint,and compares the stress of the joint under the most un-favorable load condition with and without cross stiffened plate.The results show that the joints are safe and reliable.
