乌鲁木齐新客站站房结构设计关键问题

摘要 乌鲁木齐新客站位于高烈度地震区,存在质量和刚度分布不均、局部夹层、楼板不连续、穿层柱和柱脚不等高嵌固等多项不规则,结构受力复杂。屋盖为变厚度大跨度自由曲面网架,支承屋盖的钢管砼柱高度大,承担的荷载较大,因约束条件复杂导致柱计算长度较难准确取值。高架候车大厅多根重载钢管砼柱因截面尺寸受限界所限,采用了一种超常规的椭圆形截面。针对上述情况,采取了如下对策以保证站房结构的安全合理:采取多模型、多软件进行包络设计;补充了大震动力弹塑性分析;采用规范法和欧拉公式求导计算长度的方法对钢管砼柱进行包络设计,并采用直接分析法复核;对椭圆形钢管砼重载柱建立了有限元模型分析验证。 Urumqi High Speed Railway Station is located in a high-intensity earthquake area.There are many irregularities such as uneven distribu-tion of mass and stiffness,local interlayers,discontinuous floor slabs,cross-layer columns and column bases with unequal heights,and complex structural behaviors.The roof is a variable-thickness and large-span free-form surface space grid.The concrete-filled steel tubular column support-ing the roof is high in height and bears a large load.Due to the complex constraint conditions,it is difficult to obtain an accurate value for the effec-tive length of the column.Due to the limitation of section size,many heavy-duty concrete-filled steel tubular columns in the elevated waiting hall adopt an unconventional elliptical section.In view of the above situation,the following countermeasures are taken to ensure the safety and reason-ableness of the station building structure:adopting multi-model and multi-software for envelope design;supplementing the elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake;using the methods in specification and a method of inversion based on Euler formula to calculate the effective length for the envelope design of the concrete-filled steel tubular column,and the direct analysis method is used to check it;and analyzing and verifying the heavy-duty elliptical concrete-filled steel tubular column based on the finite element model.
