摘要
新建京张高铁清河站是一座依托于交通建设用地进行土地高度复合的现代交通枢纽,其不仅是交通便捷、功能集成的综合交通枢纽,还承担着衔接织补被割裂的城市环境、引领周边区域改造提升等重要角色。从分析如何在特定时代背景下融合城市宏观发展需求的前提下,发挥综合枢纽客站的推动引领优势而引出一体化设计理念及要素。然后从站城一体化、站区一体化、建筑设计一体化三个层面对清河站一体化设计理念进行阐述,着重说明了双站始发、并场设计、既有交通高效衔接、狭窄用地下的空间功能整合、建筑结构一体化等关键技术及设计方法,旨在为新时代铁路旅客车站设计提供方法与案例参照。
The newly built Qinghe Railway Station of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway is a modern transportation hub that sits on land pur-posed for transportation infrastructure to realize a intensive land use.It is as much a comprehensive transportation hub with integrated functions to facilitate convenience,as it is a key element that re-establishes links among disjointed urban fragments and a template that catalyzes the transforma-tion and upgrading of its surroundings.Against this specific generational backdrop and the macro-development necessities of contemporary cities,this paper attempts to answer the question of how comprehensive hubs in the form of passenger stations can fully leverage their exemplary and catalytic attributes into further demonstrating the concept and elements of their integrated design.To begin with,the integrated design concept of Qinghe Rail-way Station is elaborated,breaking down the integrations taking place between the station and the city,among various zones inside the station,and within the architectural design itself.The elaboration emphasizes key technical and design aspects,e.g.,routes with departure stations,the combined zone design,efficient connection of existing routes,functional integration of compact land spaces,and building structural integration,aiming at pro-viding references for design methods and practical cases of railway passenger stations under the new era.
