中小城市高铁核心区设计策略研究——构建“交通+产业”双枢纽

Research on the Design Strategy of High-Speed Railway Station Core Area in Small and Medium-Sized Cities——Constructing a “Transportation + Industry” Dual Hub

在区域一体化趋势背景下,以中小城市为研究对象,通过聚焦人的活动需求和城市发展需求,提出中小城市高铁核心区构建“交通+产业”双枢纽的设计理念。通过对双枢纽内产业组织效率与空间组织效率的提升,阐述了中小城市高铁核心区构建交通枢纽与产业枢纽一体化空间态势的规划设计策略。

Under the background of regional integration trend,this paper takes small and medium-sized cities as the research object,focuses on the needs of people and cities,and proposes the design concept of building a"transportation+industry"dual hub in the core area of high-speed railway station in small and medium-sized cities.Taking the improvement of industrial organization efficiency and spatial organization efficiency as the path,the planning and design strategies for building the integrated spatial situation of transportation hubs and industrial hubs in the high-speed rail core areas of small and medium-sized cities are elaborated.
