大型航空枢纽商业设计方法研究——以乌鲁木齐国际机场北航站区改扩建为例

Research on Commercial Design Method of Large Aviation Hub——Taking the Reconstruction of the North Terminal Area of Urumqi International Airport as an Example

在国家大基建项目迅猛发展的今天,飞行航空已成为旅客出行的最优选择之一。新建枢纽型航站楼如何结合旅客的需求布置商业节点及业态,不仅仅是航站楼旅客体验的一方面,也不仅仅是航站楼运营成效的重要指标,更是成为航站楼设计阶段需要考量的一个重要设计内容。以乌鲁木齐国际机场北航站区改扩建项目为例,梳理了大型航空枢纽建筑设计中商业布局的重难点,并举例实际工程中商业设计的注意事项,从商业策划及建筑设计两个层面系统地梳理了枢纽型航站楼商业设计的基本方法,从而能够提供一份更为精准的航站楼的商业设计思路。

With the rapid development of large infrastructure projects,aviation has become one of the best choices for passengers.How to arrange the business highlights and formats of the new hub terminal in combination with the needs of passengers is not only an aspect of the passenger experi-ence of the terminal,but also an important indicator of the operation effect of the terminal,and it is becoming an important design content to be con-sidered in the terminal design.Taking the reconstruction design of the North terminal area of Urumqi International Airport as an example,this paper combs the key and difficult points of commercial layout in the architectural design of large-scale aviation hub,offers examples of matters needing at-tention in commercial design in practical projects,and systematically combs the basic methods of commercial design of hub terminal from two levels of commercial planning and architectural design,so as to provide a more accurate commercial design idea for terminals.
