摘要
分析了低温运用环境对基础制动装置运用安全性的影响,结合环境温度因素探讨了基础制动装置的应用。
The effect of low temperature operation environment on operation safety of foundation braking equipment is analyzed.The application of foundation braking equipment is discussed with consideration of the factor of environment temperature.
