陶瓷日用具高温烧制的重要性研究

我国餐饮文化十分丰富,大江南北各有特点,餐饮除了菜肴的美味之外就是乘菜肴的器皿,器皿的发展是随着经济文化艺术的发展而发展的,器皿决定了餐饮文化的仪式感,接人待客、宴请是重要的文化礼仪,桌面上的餐具尤为重要。我国最早的餐具可以追溯到史前彩陶炊煮器,之后秦汉的青铜饮食器,发展到现在又回归到史前的陶瓷材质作为日用瓷使用。这很重要的原因则是陶瓷日用瓷健康环保,无铅无镉,且精美漂亮,可以和餐饮空间搭配设计,融为一体,使得餐饮仪式感增强。无铅无镉的陶瓷日用瓷关键在于用材用料和高温的烧制,本文就陶瓷日用具高温烧制的重要性进行略论。

China’s catering culture is very rich.The north and south of the river have their own characteristics.In addition to the delicious dishes,catering is the utensils that take the dishes.The development of utensils develops with the development of economy,culture and art.Utensils determine the sense of ritual of catering culture.Receiving guests and banquets are important cultural rituals,and the tableware on the table is particularly important.The earliest tableware in China can be traced back to prehistoric painted pottery cookers.Later,the bronze tableware of Qin and Han Dynasties has developed back to prehistoric ceramic materials for daily use.The important reason for this is that ceramic daily-use porcelain is healthy and environmentally friendly,lead-free and cadmium free.It is exquisite and beautiful.It can be designed with catering space and integrated into one,so as to enhance the sense of catering ceremony.The key to lead-free and cadmium free ceramics for daily use lies in materials and high-temperature firing.This paper briefly discusses the importance of high-temperature firing of ceramic daily appliances.
