创业导向、组织忘却对企业突破式创新的影响研究

A Study of the Effects of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Organizational Unlearning on Breakthrough Innovation in Firms

全球新冠疫情带来的经济增长缓慢及生产要素全球流动背景下更为激烈的外部市场竞争,使越来越多的企业通过开展突破式创新来维持其竞争优势。本文采用211家制造业企业的问卷数据实证检验研究假设。结论表明:创业导向能够正向促进企业突破式创新;组织忘却在创业导向和突破式创新的关系中发挥中介作用;市场环境动荡性负向调节创业导向和企业突破式创新的关系。

The slow economic growth brought about by the global new crown epidemic and the more intense external market competition in the context of global mobility of production factors have led more and more firms to maintain their competitive advantage by undertaking breakthrough innovation.This paper empirically tests the research hypotheses using questionnaire data from 211 manufacturing firms and concludes that:entrepreneurial orientation can positively promote breakthrough innovation;organizational forgetfulness plays a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and breakthrough innovation.market environment turbulence negatively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and breakthrough innovation.
