精准创业赋能乡村振兴的困境及典型模式研究

Research on the Dilemma and Typical Model of Rural Revitalization Enabled by Precision Entrepreneurship

精准创业是乡村振兴战略的重要实施途径。本文,首先,归纳了精准创业所面临的缺乏法规保障、资金扶持不足、精准创业的持续性弱、经营管理环境较差、缺乏完整的供应链和产业集群五个困境。其次,对国内目前精准创业成功典型案例做了研究分析,归纳并定义出了三种典型模式:以生态资源为依托的模式、以传统工艺为依托的模式、以技术推动产业发展的模式。最后,对这三种模式下的精准创业提出了对策支持。

Precision entrepreneurship is an important way to implement the rural revitalization strategy.This paper first summarizes five difficulties faced by precision entrepreneurship,such as lack of legal protection,lack of financial support,weak sustainability of precision entrepreneurship,poor management environment,lack of complete supply chain and industrial cluster.Secondly,the paper studies and analyzes the typical successful cases of precision entrepreneurship in China,and summarizes and defines three typical models:the model relying on ecological resources,the model relying on traditional technology,and the model promoting industrial development by technology.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures to support the precision entrepreneurship under these three models.
