深化税收征管改革背景下纳税服务优化及助推广东省高质量发展路径研究

On the Optimization of Tax Payment Services Under the Background of Deepening Tax Collection and Management ReForm and Help Promote the Research on High-Quality Development Paths in Eastern Province

在当前“三重压力”的大背景下,全面了解广东省高质量发展的状况与纳税服务优化逻辑关系,能够更好地促进税收现代化体系建设。本文以纳税服务存在的优难点与广东省高质量发展的内在联系为研究对象,助力广东省高质量发展。通过横向对比,不同地域对比,综合分析广东省目前纳税服务痛点、难点,并基于深化税收征管改革的背景,从科技、服务、政策、宣传、业务、跨境六个维度给出相应的措施,以此助推广东省高质量发展乃至中国式现代化发展。

Under the background of the current“triple pressure”,a comprehensive understanding of the high-quality development of Guangdong Province and the logical relationship between the optimization of tax payment services can better promote the construction of the tax modernization system.Taking the advantages and difficulties of tax payment services and the intrinsic relationship between the high-quality development of Guangdong Province as the research object,we will help the high-quality development of Guangdong Province.Through horizontal comparison and comparison of different regions,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current pain points and difficulties of tax payment services in Guangdong Province,and gives corresponding measures in six dimensions of science and technology,services,policies,publicity,business and cross-border based on the background of deepening tax collection and management reform,so as to help promote the highquality development of Eastern Province and even the development of Chinese-style modernization.
