碳中和目标下海南省经济开放的环境效应研究——基于能源生态足迹的分析

The Environmental Impacts of Economic Openness Under Carbon Neutrality——A Case Study of Hainan by Energy Ecological Footprint Analysis

海南省作为中国最大的经济特区,不仅面临经济开放的瓶颈,还承担着巨大的降碳压力。2020年中央提出在海南建立自贸港,建设自贸港不仅要求海南省在经济对外开放方面走在全国前列,也要求全省环境质量要居于世界领先水平。为此文章将碳中和作为环境问题的切入点,以能源生态足迹作为环境指标,以1997—2019年作为研究期,通过调节效应模型来探究海南省该阶段的经济开放是如何影响能源生态足迹的。以期为海南自贸港经济开放与环境保护协调发展提供政策建议。

As the largest special economic zone in China,Hainan province not only faces the bottleneck of economic openness,but also bears the huge pressure of carbon reduction.In 2020,the central government proposed to establish a free trade port in Hainan.The construction of the free trade port not only requires Hainan province to take the lead in China in economic openness to the outside world,but also to lead the world in environmental quality.To this end,the paper takes carbon neutrality as the entry point of environmental issues,energy ecological footprint as the environmental index,and 1997-2019 as the research period to explore how the economic openness in this stage affects the energy ecological footprint through the regulation effect model.In order to provide policy suggestions for the coordinated development of economic opening and environmental protection of Hainan Free trade Port.
