中国文化产业全要素生产率行业异质性研究——基于DEA-Malmquist指数法的分析

Research on the Heterogeneity of Total Factor Productivity in China’s Cultural Industry——Analysis based on DEA-Malmquist Index Method

本文基于DEA-Malmquist指数模型对2013-2017年间我国文化产业三大子行业的全要素生产率的变动情况进行了实证分析。研究发现:我国文化产业三大子行业的全要素生产率存在行业异质性,文化服务业的全要素生产率最高,其次是文化制造业,文化批发与零售业最低;三大行业全要素生产率增长的驱动因素有明显的异质性,文化制造业和文化服务业全要素生产率的改善主要依赖技术进步,文化批发和零售业则受到技术效率和技术进步的共同制约;文化产业的三大子行业表现出不同的区域差异,文化制造业、文化批发和零售业在中、西部地区的全要素生产率高于东部地区,文化服务业的全要素生产率则呈现明显的东、中、西梯度差异。

This paper adopts the DEA-Malmquist index model to ccalculate and decompose the total factor productivity of the sub-industries of China’s cultural industry from 2013 to 2017.The study finds that there is industry heterogeneity in the total factor productivity of the sub-industries.The total factor productivity of the cultural service industry is the highest,followed by the cultural manufacturing industry,the cultural wholesale and retail industry is the lowest;The driving factors are obviously heterogeneous.The improvement of the total factor productivity of the cultural manufacturing and cultural services industries mainly depends on technological progress,while the cultural wholesale and retail industries are subject to the dual constraints of technological efficiency and technological progress;the performance of the three major subindustries of the cultural industry There are different regional differences.The total factor productivity of the cultural manufacturing,cultural wholesale and retail industries in the western region is higher than that of the cultural service industry in the eastern region.However,there are obvious differences in eastern,central and western gradients.
