企业绿色技术创新的政府激励机制研究——基于委托—代理关系视角

Research on Government Incentive Mechanism of Enterprise Green Technology Innovation——Based on the Perspective of Principal-agent Relationship

绿色技术创新是现代经济发展的重要动力之一。绿色技术创新具有高风险特征及投入成本高、收益外溢等特点造成了企业绿色技术创新动力不足。政府作为建设现代经济的倡导者、绿色技术创新的支持者,需要采取一定的措施引导、激励企业进行绿色技术创新。本文从委托—代理关系视角出发,构建了政府和企业之间的委托—代理关系模型,通过模型的分析得出:政府的激励能有效引导企业进行绿色技术创新,但是在制定相关激励政策时,要考虑经济环境、企业实力等多种因素,以便发挥较好的政府激励效应,更有效的引导企业进行绿色技术创新。

Green technology innovation is one of the important driving forces for modern economic development.The characteristics of high-risk green technology innovation,high input cost and spillover of income have caused the lack of innovation in green technology innovation.As an advocate of building a modern economy and a supporter of green technology innovation,the government needs to take certain measures to guide and encourage enterprises to carry out green technology innovation.From the perspective of principal-agent relationship,this paper constructs a principal-agent relationship model between government and enterprises.Through the analysis of the model,the government incentives can effectively guide enterprises to carry out green technology innovation,but when formulating relevant incentive policies.It is necessary to consider various factors such as the economic environment and corporate strength in order to exert better government incentive effects and more effectively guide enterprises to carry out green technology innovation.
