反向保理平台的典型模式及其内在机制

Typical Model and Intrinsic Mechanism of Reverse Factoring Platform

随着互联网技术的普及以及我国普惠金融战略的实施,国内平台型供应链金融发展较快,反向保理平台便是其有效形式和具体应用。本文从国内外业务实践中选取反向保理平台的三种典型应用模式:基本模式、资产证券化模式以及资产拆分模式,并从运行机制、风险控制机制、信用转移机制、信用创造机制以及渠道效应五个方面剖析了反向保理平台的内部机制,以期对实践业务提供有益参考。文末对发展反向保理平台提出了若干建议。

With the development of internet technology and the implementation of China’s inclusive finan-cial str-ategy,domestic platform-led supply chain finance develops quickly,reverse factoring platform is its effective form and specific application.Three typical application modes of reverse factoring platform are selected from domestic and foreign business practices:basic mode,asset securitization mode and asset splitting mode,and the intrinsic mechanism of reverse factoring platform is analyzed from five aspects:op-eration mechanism,risk control mechanism,credit transfer mechanism,credit creation mechanism and channel effect,in order to provide useful reference for practical business.At the end of this paper,some sugges-tions on developing reverse factoring platform are put forward.
